Jason recently helped my husband & I purchase our FIRST HOME!!! Something that my husband & I really weren’t positive would be possible at the time. Luckily, Jason assured us that it was totally possible. I will start off by saying that our experience with Jason was hands-down AMAZING! First of all, I have Jason’s family for years. His family is awesome, so in the beginning, I already knew Jason was someone that we could trust.  When Jason reached out to us, we had actually already sat down & started working with another agent. That, however, wasn’t going too well…so I was excited when Jason offered to sit down with us! At our very first meeting, Jason came very prepared (with information & most importantly, areas mapped out that he thought we would be interested in).  That was HUGE, because we also came prepared with maps printed out. LOL. Now keep in mind, this was the first time we sat down…we hadn’t even talked about where specifically we wanted to live, but our maps almost perfectly matched up! It was a SIGN! After a few hours of talking things over at Starbucks, my husband & I decided Jason was the right choice for us! He was genuine, helpful & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. We knew he knew what he was doing. Jason asked us for a budget & a time frame. We knew around what we could afford & we knew we wanted to find a house within 5 months (before our wedding). No pressure, Jason! LOL. Long story short, Jason got right to work! He had told us that when it came to work, he hustled…& boy, did he HUSTLE! Jason started sending us homes right away…homes that he actually thought we would be interested in…not houses that were going to be a waste of time. He came with us on almost all of our appointments to help walk us through things & give us pointers here & there. That was something that we REALLY appreciated because this was obviously new to us & we really didn’t feel confident looking at houses on our own.  Along the way, Jason was in constant communication with us & literally made sure we got every question answered.  He often called us with updates & always made sure we were making progress toward finding our future home.  When I think about our home buying process, I literally can’t believe how quick & painless it was. We went to open houses for about a week & a half, & in that time, found the house that we ended up purchasing! My husband & I both know that we could not have done it without Jason! We would, without a doubt, recommend Jason to our family & friends or absolutely anyone looking to buy a home! THANK YOU JASON!!!
